Do I need to register to use the website?

No, the website is designed to help you find the nearest parking to your destination. After entering the date and time, you can filter by the closest or best-priced parking nearby. Both drive-up and online parking rates will be shown, with online purchase parking displayed first if available. 

Creating an account

To purchase parking on our website, you need to create an account. You must register or create an account before you can purchase products on our website. If you already have an account, please sign in. You will be asked to verify your email address and confirm you are a real person. To learn more about our Privacy Policy click here.

How to change your password

Select ‘forgot password’ when logging in to the website. If you cannot find the prompt, go back a step or two in the sign-in process. After following the ‘forgot password’ prompts, you will receive an email to the email address associated with your account with a link to update your password. 

Where to find your 6 digit PINs or QR codes for entering the car park

If you have pre-paid for parking or purchased a Flexi Voucher, you will have a 6-digit PIN and a QR Code to enter the car park. To find your PIN or QR Code, check: 

• The confirmation email sent to your nominated email account.
• Your Google or Apple wallet, if added at the time of purchase.
• The ‘Upcoming’ purchases section when signed in.
• The ‘Purchases’ tab via the Account icon on a desktop or the footer menu on a mobile device.

How to enter and exit a car park with an online purchase

At entry:
At most of our car parks, you can enter using the unique QR code or PIN you received when you made the purchase online. Simply drive up to the entry device and either select “Scan QR code” or “Enter PIN”. You can find your PIN and QR code in the ‘Account’ tab under ‘Purchases’ when signed in on the website or in your Google or Apple Wallet if have saved the purchase details to your wallet. If you are using the app’s ‘gate opening’ function, please ensure you have Bluetooth enabled on your mobile phone, or this will not work. Should you not have a connection at entry, please select the intercom.  

At exit:
Simply proceed to the exit and enter the same PIN or scan the QR code. If you have exceeded the time conditions of your purchase, you may have to pay additional charges using your credit card. If you used the app’s ‘gate opening’ function on entry, please ensure you have Bluetooth enabled on your mobile phone, then proceed to the exit. Open the purchase in your app, then using the slide function, swipe your screen along the “Open Gate” button. This will open the gate and allow you to exit the car park.  

How to find your parking history or statements

The Account tab is your key to current and past pre-paid parking purchases. You will find a record of transactions when you are signed in on the website in the ‘Account’ tab. Look for ‘Activity Statement’ to find a receipt* or ‘Purchases’ then filter by 'Past' to find previous activity. 

*A record is only stored for a limited time and should be downloaded/copied for later use immediately to prevent archiving.  

Repeating a parking purchase

Look for ‘Upcoming’ and ‘Quick Repeat’ on the homepage of the Times PARKING website once signed in. Scroll down and allow time for us to retrieve your details. Alternatively, open the ‘Account’ tab and click on ‘Purchases’ to see both ‘Upcoming’ and ‘Past’ purchases. 

Multiple online purchases

You can make multiple online purchases for parking –simply add the parking products to your cart for the date and times you need. You can pre purchase parking up to 45 days in advance 

How to use a promo code

You can apply a promotion code at checkout in the ‘cart’. Look for the ‘+ Add promotional code’ option. Remember, you must be signed into your account. 

How to apply an online credit

If you have credit applied to your account, it will appear as a payment option at checkout. You can select it for full or part payment.
